The Ozzie Guillen Article Phil Rogers Wishes He Wrote

Posted On 27 Sep 2011 By Bad Kermit. Under: Around the MLB.
The Ozzie Guillen Article Phil Rogers Wishes He Wrote Throughout the course of his 22 seasons as manager of the Chicago White Sox, Ozzie Guillen was a lot of things to a lot of people. Pariah. Messiah. Leader. Follower. Goat. Venezuelan. Understandable. Misunderstood. Controversial. Christ-like. Winner. Loser. Friend. Roman. Countryman. Healer. Not-stop-believer. ... Read More

Let’s Talk About How Much We Hate Steve Stone

As you know, in early February Phildo predicted the Houston Astros were planning a "sneak attack" on the Cubs. This is, of course, inordinately stupid. But after the Cubs beat the Astros last night to win their first opening series since ... Read More

Power Rankings

Posted On 08 Apr 2009 By Bad Kermit. Under: Around the MLB, Cubs, Lou's Friday Roundup, Spring Training.
Power Rankings Phil Rogers is out of his goddamn mind. In his first Power Rankings of the season, he ranks Shea Stadium's big apple as #7. Even MetsMan1980 knows that the apple is at best a fifteen seed. Rogers also ranks "Greed" in his MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL POWER RANKINGS. So, we're left with 32 slots for 30 teams. ... Read More
