HJE Announcements
The incomparable T.J. Brown, without whose brilliance HJE would not exist, has pointed out that the guy who HASN’T met Jim Hendry has started a new list of the Top Twenty Home Runs in Cub History. As you know, BCB’s Top 100 Cubs of All Time is what inspired HJE’s Bottom 126 Cubs of My Time.
Do you really think we’re going to let this list go without answer?
T.J. Brown, Mike D., and I are in the process of planning a list of our own. Eventually, I WILL FINISH WRITING THE T79. I swear to God I will, even if you all hate it. But for right now, we have bigger fish to fry with a brand-new list. I will let you know when I have more details. I can assure you that the ideas which have been spitballed (does anyone really say that?) to this point have me in hysterics.
Furthermore, it looks like Mike D. has moved on from Goatriders. HJE has extended him an invitation to post his ramblings here as much or as little as he chooses. Welcome aboard, Mike D.
