We might as well have a running thread during the day to keep you apprised as to the names which have been named in the Mitchell Report. So far, two of my least favorite players in baseball are on the list. Yay! Please feel free to help me keep track in the comments. I’ll update the list as the day goes on.

NAMED NAMES:

1. Roger Clemens
2. Andy Pettitte
3. Albert Pujols

There’s no way in hell I’m going to write out all of the names, so go ahead and download the 409-page report yourself. Some noteworthy items:

• Mark Prior, Kerry Wood, and Sammy Sosa are NOT on the list.
• Neither is Pujols.
• Clemens and Pettitte are, indeed, named, as is Tejada.
• Notable B126ers Kent Mercker, Jerry Hairston, Jr., Gary Matthews, Jr., and my all-time least-favorite Cub TODD HUNDLEY (yes!) are named.

I’m going to look at this thing more when I get a chance. It’s definitely not as shocking as the list some starved-for-attention douchebag released this morning.
