With Alfonso Soriano hurt again, this Friday Night Fukudome was an easy one to invent. Who will survive the Fukudome? The midget who makes circus catches or the fatty who can rake? Why do we still care? We don’t.

Since Soriano already does a shitty job of playing left, at least we can have a guy who does a shitty job but can rake in Jake Fox. And who might actually fucking try. Also, I think his girth will prevent any unnecessary hopping.

Giving Fox more ABs at this point will only make him more valuable in a potential trade for, perhaps, a real shortstop. Let the big man rake.
