The Cubs have somehow found a way to sap the enjoyment even from their wins. In the middle of today’s game, Milton Bradley threw a temper tantrum, and Lou Piniella brought him into the clubhouse, presumably to take him over his knee. Both guys have a reputation for being hotheads. As you are aware, there’s only one way to settle things in Cubland. So, let’s put them in the Fukudome.

Lou might be a bit mellowed, but at his best, Milton couldn’t carry his tantrum-throwing jock.
Bradley’s only been here a couple months and already his act is old. We have 2.5 more years of this shit to put up with. If he was a douchebag who hit, it’d be one thing, but so far he’s been abysmal. I know it’s still before the All-Star Break, but Jesus Christ. I knew he was crazy and injury prone, but at least for his other teams, he actually produced while being a fucking nut. Just a terrible signing so far.
