If he turns out to be on the Brad Lidge Career Rejuvenation Plan, I'm all for it. But I have the sinking feeling that he drank Hendry under the table one night at a Stanford Hall SYR, so Big Jim signed him because he liked his Domer "moxie." And I still think giving up a piece of the alleged Peavy puzzle to get him was stupid. We didn't have anyone else in the goddamned farm system to throw in the deal with Seattle? I'm not as down on Pie as most of the folks here, but even you guys can't be happy that we essentially just turned Pie and Cedeno over for a mediocre bullpen arm, while possibly fucking over our chances of getting Peavy in the process.
