   Funny, but anachronistic. The real Hitler would’ve been ranting about Jimmie Wilson running this team into the ground. But Charlie Grimm’s back in charge – can he turn things around? Is that all it takes to bring back the glory days of the 30s? He complained then about how they couldn’t win the big one – not since his artist days – but at least they were always contending. Last year’s season was over as soon as it started. An opening day win, and then they drop 13 straight! They showed some promise by the end of the season, but do they have what it takes? Can Peanuts make up for the loss of Dim Dom, and what’s with all of these miniature leftfielders, anyways? Derringer’s washed up, so why are they talking about making him a regular starter again? Just what we need: more innings from a guy nearing 40. Etc.

   The irony of it all is that it was next year, but poor Adolf would never find out that his boys were on their way to the pennant.

    Wow, can’t believe there is someone else who thinks the way I do. E 1 acts like Jim Hendry is some kind of F—g genius, I think he is an idiot!! They got rid of all the good players, and kept someone like Zambrano and Soriano, then they go and pay some psycho $30 mil. Go Figure!! The Cubs are going nowhere this year, and I will be rooting for Cleveland!!
