As most of you are aware, I like to keep my politics and my sports separate. I rarely speak of the former, and love to talk about the latter. But the upcoming election is a crucial one. I speak, of course, of the Douchebag Tournament. I was an early-round exit, despite your best efforts and much to the inexplicable chagrin of some turds. Anyhow, I encourage you to throw your support behind “Crunch,” the humorless idiot who failed to recognize that Fire Lou Piniella, HJE‘s predecessor, was satire, and who then proceeded to give a lecture on humor. Irony, I missed thy sweet embrace. He’s also the Internet Tough Guy who threatened to tattle on the guys over at Another Cubs Blog for being “racist.” It’s not racist if you hate everyone is it? I suspect he’s also the one who nominated me for the tournament to begin with. I hope he goes deep into this tournament, as he is a douchebag of the highest order.
