It sounded like old man Brennaman had alot of anger built up. He should go see Dr. Phil. He doesn’t handle losing very well. And he has alot more losing coming with Dusty at the helm.

BP weighs in on the Patterson call up. They say that Soriano will be back in two weeks, so it is more important to try and resolve centerfield than worry about a few at bats for Murton in left. If Patterson comes up and contributes offensively, and Pie doesn’t improve, then the Cubs might have their centerfielder and leadoff man in EPat.

Eric Patterson was GODAWFUL at 2nd base, so they thought they would try him in the outfield. Now he is back at 2nd. I guess they needed a fast guy, because from all the scouting reports I have read about him, that’s about all he has going for him.
