It’s a good thing that Lilly and Hill are the aces of our staff, because the “Zambrano is hurt” rumors are starting to fly around here faster than a home run off Wade Miller. By the way, how badly do you want to see Rich Hill stick Guillen’s “AAA piece of shit” comment up his ass and twist it? Pretty badly? Yeah, me too. I might have to set up the rotation accordingly when the meth-heads come into town.

Yesterday’s damn fine tribute to Jackie Robinson has Cliff Floyd thinking that we need more black players in the Majors. If he’s talking about Derrek Lee, then I totally agree. If he’s talking about Jacque Jones, no thanks.
If you’re bummed about the weekend series, at least one good thing came of it: The Riot hit his damn way into the starting lineup. That kid is one pesky little sonofabitch.
